Why do people say car insurance will be more expensive if you get a new car?

Can it be worth finding  insurance ? I'm not 16 years young and merely a beginner and I don't know whether I should obtain the insurance. The one thing I am worried of is that somebody can take my motorcycle. I reside in Europe.
Im 18 year old and require my vehicle ontheroad to have myself to work-but the  insurance  -beaumont-tx/">insurance  is higher or all about 2500. Does anybody understand a company that handles youthful drivers or knows a way around it to produce it cheaper.
Which would have cheaper  insurance  a charger or may bmw 330i?
When it had been because of the laws within economical care work and the individual protection that ended these ideas?
